KAWS Wood Kintsugi Wall Art Set of 3

Dark wood textures, gold repair lines, and the recognizable Companion silhouette define this three-piece KAWS wall art collection.

The set combines two wooden Companion figures with a central abstract wood composition built around twin X symbols. Across all three artworks, the palette stays controlled: deep brown wood grain, charred black surfaces, soft beige backgrounds, and fine gold accents.

Rather than relying on glossy chrome or heavy ornamentation, this collection uses material contrast and sculptural simplicity. The result is a KAWS-inspired wall art set that sits between hypebeast decor, contemporary wood art, and kintsugi-influenced interior styling.

The Three Artworks

01 — Dark Wood Companion with Gold Repair Lines

The left poster features a standing KAWS-style Companion figure rendered in dark wood with visible grain, rounded ear forms, and the familiar X-eyes.

Fine gold crack lines run across the body, introducing a kintsugi-inspired repair effect that contrasts with the darker material. The figure stands against a soft neutral background, allowing the wood texture and gold details to remain the focus.

The sculpture-like presentation gives the artwork a calm, collectible quality, balancing streetwear culture with a more refined material finish.

02 — Split Wood XX Composition

The central poster uses two contrasting wood surfaces divided by an irregular vertical seam edged in gold.

On the left, charred black wood introduces a rougher texture. On the right, rich walnut grain creates a smoother, warmer finish. Positioned at the center are two gold X symbols, creating a simple geometric focal point that connects the panel visually with the KAWS-inspired figures on either side.

This poster functions as the conceptual anchor of the set, introducing abstract structure and material contrast rather than another character figure.

03 — Walnut Companion with Gold Veining

The right poster features a second KAWS-style Companion figure, this time rendered in a warmer walnut tone with flowing grain patterns.

Gold repair lines run across the torso and body, echoing the kintsugi effect of the left artwork while creating a slightly more organic appearance. The figure stands against a light neutral background, allowing the darker wood and gold details to stand forward.

Together, the two Companion figures create a balanced pair, while the central XX artwork gives the collection its unifying design language.

Each poster is supplied separately and can be displayed together as a coordinated set or individually across different parts of a room.

KAWS Decor, Wood Wall Art & Hypebeast Style

This collection brings together three clear influences.

KAWS-Inspired Character Design

The rounded Companion silhouettes and X-eyes connect the artwork with the familiar visual language of collectible designer toy culture and contemporary hypebeast decor.

Wood & Material-Focused Styling

Unlike glossy character posters, these artworks are built around the look of carved wood, charred surfaces, natural grain, and subtle material contrast. That gives the set a calmer, more interior-driven presence.

Kintsugi & Gold Repair Detail

The gold crack lines and gold-edged central seam introduce a kintsugi-inspired visual element. Rather than dominating the composition, the gold accents act as restrained highlights across the darker wood surfaces.

The result is a KAWS wall art set suited to buyers who want collectible-art energy without relying on loud colors or heavy graphic treatment.

Designed for Modern Interiors

The combination of dark wood, beige space, and gold details makes this collection easy to place in a range of contemporary interiors.

It works especially well in spaces that already use wood, black accents, neutral furniture, or designer objects. The set also fits the growing overlap between hypebeast decor and cleaner, more material-driven interior styling.

Suitable for:

• KAWS wall art and KAWS-inspired room decor

• Hypebeast wall art and streetwear-inspired interiors

• Wood wall art and modern neutral interiors

• Kintsugi-inspired decor and dark wood accents

• Sneaker rooms and designer toy collections

• Creative studios and fashion-oriented workspaces

• Living rooms with black, brown, beige, or walnut tones

• Contemporary bedrooms and minimalist gallery walls

• Japandi-influenced modern spaces

• Masculine interiors and collectible art displays

The three posters are designed to work horizontally, with the split wood XX artwork acting as the visual center between the two Companion figures.

Black, dark walnut, or slim bronze-toned frames work particularly well with the collection.

Recommended Printing Materials

The wood grain, charred textures, matte surfaces, and fine gold details benefit from papers that preserve subtle tonal shifts and surface texture.

• Luster or satin photo paper: Suitable for balanced contrast and clear reproduction of wood grain and gold details.

• Premium photographic paper: Helps maintain fine texture in the charred black wood and walnut surfaces.

• Metallic photo paper: Can slightly enhance the gold crack accents, though it is not required for this collection.

• Heavyweight matte paper: A strong option for a more natural, gallery-style presentation that suits the wood-based aesthetic.

Print your artwork at home, through a local professional print shop, or with an online printing service.

Black, walnut, or dark bronze frames work naturally with the palette.
