Most Lazy Lion Club products include **ultra-high-resolution JPEG files prepared at 300+ DPI** in several common print ratios and sizes.

Depending on the product, this may include:

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY FILES?

Your files are **delivered digitally after purchase**.

Depending on the product, you may receive downloadable files directly or a PDF containing access links to the full-resolution artwork.

**Nothing is shipped physically.**


HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Digital products are normally available shortly after your payment has been successfully processed.

If you have any problem accessing your files, contact us and we will help.


HOW DO I PRINT THE ARTWORK?

You can print the files:

- at home
- at a local print shop
- through an online printing service

For the best results, we recommend **professional printing on good-quality matte or satin paper**.

Large-format prints usually look best when printed by a professional service.


WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PRINT?

Each product includes files in multiple aspect ratios so you can choose the file that matches your preferred print size.

**Always select the correct ratio before printing.**

For example, a 2:3 file can be used for sizes such as:

8x12
10x15
12x18
16x24
20x30
24x36
48x72

The product page will show the available ratios and recommended sizes.


CAN I RESIZE THE FILES?

Yes, within reasonable limits.

The files are supplied at **ultra-high resolution** and are designed for quality printing at the sizes listed on the product page.

For best results, avoid stretching or significantly enlarging the files beyond the recommended dimensions. **Our files print crisp and clear up to 48 × 72 inches.** If you need a larger size, contact us.


ARE FRAMES INCLUDED?

No.

Frames, furniture and interior scenes shown in product images are for display and inspiration only.

WILL THE COLORS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME WHEN PRINTED?

Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

This can happen because monitors, phones, printers, paper types and printing services display and reproduce color differently.

For the most accurate result, we recommend using a professional printing service.


CAN I GET A CUSTOM SIZE?

If you need a different size or ratio, contact us before purchasing or after your order.

If the artwork can be adapted without affecting the composition, we may be able to provide an alternative size.


CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN OR COLOR VERSION?

For selected designs, yes.

If you want a different color, size or variation, contact us with the product link and what you have in mind.

Custom requests are considered individually and may not always be possible. **Additional charges may apply depending on the request.**


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A DIGITAL PRODUCT?

Because digital products cannot physically be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, **refunds and exchanges are generally not available after delivery.**

However, if there is a problem with your order, a damaged file, an incorrect file or another genuine issue, contact us and we will work to resolve it.


WHAT IF I PURCHASED BY MISTAKE?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If the files have not yet been accessed or delivered, we will review the situation where possible.

Once digital content has been delivered or accessed, cancellation or refund options may be limited.


WHAT IF MY DOWNLOAD DOES NOT WORK?

CAN I USE THE ARTWORK COMMERCIALLY?

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, reproduce for commercial sale or include the digital files in another product.


CAN I SHARE THE FILES WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

Please do not share, distribute or upload the original digital files.


CAN I PRINT THE ARTWORK AS A GIFT?

Yes.

You may print the artwork and give the physical print as a personal gift.

You may not distribute or resell the digital files themselves.


DO YOU SELL PHYSICAL PRINTS?

At the moment, Lazy Lion Club focuses on **digital wall art**.

If physical prints become available in the future, they will be clearly marked as physical products on the relevant product pages.
